As one of the most employee‑focused companies in the Northwest, we’re seeking a licensed Idaho or Washington Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow their career in a professional, supportive environment.
As a Journeyman Plumber, you’ll diagnose plumbing issues, present solutions to homeowners, and perform high‑quality residential service and repair work. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is confident working independently while being supported by a strong team.
Idaho or Washington Journeyman License preferred
Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience required
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
Perform routine maintenance and service calls
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
Clearly communicate findings, options, and pricing to homeowners
Complete job documentation, invoicing, and payments using ServiceTitan
Collect payments and close out service calls professionally
Attend weekly team and training meetings
Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
Pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ lbs.
Use of hand and power tools and required protective equipment
Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Occasional work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces
Exposure to standard residential job‑site hazards
Idaho or Washington Journeyman Plumber license preferred
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Professional communication and customer‑service mindset
Pride in workmanship and personal presentation
Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license
